I am writing in respect of the lands at Monacurragh, Black Bog Road, Folio Numbers CW 26848F & CW 1728F.
As the co-owner of these lands I request to that the lands of the RZLT Map 2024 remain zoned, as they are serviceable and have received grants of planning previously which demonstrates their suitability to be developed.
I also note that the co-owner of the lands (redacted) has made an application to have the lands dezoned. This application was made without consultation and without my agreement.
While these lands are in agricultural use it is my intention in the near term to develop them.
