Hi,
I disagree with the ammendment 98 in the Carlow Development plan in line with the decision of An Bord Pleanala. This proposal is detrimental to biodiversity. There is also serious difficulties with flooding on the Barrow Track in areas of the new proposed surface in terms of maintenance. This proposal is contrary to preserving a Special area of Consevation
I also say no to the inclusion of the word Blueway in the Development Plan.
