As a local in Graignamanagh who uses our beautiful Barrow track year round as it is, I say
NO to Ammendment 98 and
NO to inclusion of wording in the County Development Plan to allow a Barrow BLUEWAY.
Save our Barrow track. Leave it just as it is.
