The following submission from The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon has taken into account, the provisions of the draft Carlow Development Plan 2022-2028, emerging trends and spatial considerations regarding ‘arts and culture’, and, the role of the Development Plan in the facilitation and preservation of the arts and culture in County Carlow through the provision of mandatory planning objectives.
