CASUAL TRADING BYELAWS 2023 FOR THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICTS OF CARLOW, MUINEBHEAG & TULLOW
The Municipal Districts of Carlow, Muinebheag, and Tullow have approved the Casual Trading Byelaws for each Municipal District under Section 6 of the Casual Trading Act 1995, as amended.
Copies of the Byelaws are available free of charge from the Local Enterprise Office, Enterprise House, O’Brien Road, Carlow. You may phone 059 9129 783 or email enterprise@carlowcoco.ie to request a copy also. An extract of the minutes of each Municipal District meeting highlighting approval are available upon request.

Tá na Fodhlíthe Corrthrádála do gach Ceantar Bardasach ceadaithe ag Ceantair Bhardasacha Cheatharlach, na Muine Bige agus na Tulaí faoi Alt 6 den Acht Corr-Thrádála, 1995, arna leasú.
Tá cóipeanna de na Fodhlíthe ar fáil saor in aisce ón Oifig Fiontair Áitiúil, Teach Fiontraíochta, Bóthar Uí Bhriain, Ceatharlach.
