Please be advised that Carlow County Council is currently preparing a draft Traveller Accommodation Programme for the Period 2025 - 2029 in accordance with Section 17(1)(a) the Housing (Traveller Accommodation) Act 1988.
As part of the preparation of this programme, it is intended to carry out an assessment of need which will include the existing and projected accommodation need of the Travelling Community within Carlow County Council administrative area.
If an individual, family or any organisation wish to make a submission in respect of the new Carlow County Council Accommodation Programme 2025 - 2029 please do so via consult.carlow.ie or in writing marked "Traveller Accommodation Programme 2025 - 2029" before 5pm on the 21st March 2024 to Brian O'Donovan SEO, Housing Department, Tullow Civic Offices, Relief Road, Tullow.
