To Whom It May Concern:
I wish to support the following submission CLW-C10-52, CLW-C10-27 and CLW-C10-17 in relation to the Tinryland area. In relation to the submission by Ms Orlaith Hennessy on behalf of Tinryland National School, I also believe that the area she proposes should be zoned for purposes mentioned. Tom Little's proposal to consider housing for vulnerable and elderly people in the Tinryland area should also be seriously considered as part of the overall plan for the area. I'd also like to publicly support proposals by Edmund Hayden to rezone lands for residential use, which are ideally suited within the Tinryland area.
In relation to individual and once off housing, it is very disappointing that local people are unable to get planning permission to build homes on their own lands or in their own community, considering all proper guidelines are adhered too.
I too would like to see more affordable, private and social housing within the boundaries of Tinryland, giving all people of the area an opportunity to live in their own communities.
It is imperative that any future housing developments, must be accompanied by the proper infrastructure and services for the local area.
