DRAFT CASUAL TRADING BYE LAWS 2023 FOR THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICTS OF CARLOW, MUINEBHEAG & TULLOW
Carlow County Council proposes to make Casual Trading Bye-Laws in respect of the Administrative and Functional area of the Municipal Districts of Carlow, Muinebheag and Tullow under Section 6 of the Casual Trading Act 1995, as amended.
The Draft Casual Trading Bye-Laws 2023 are available for public inspection at the following offices of Carlow County Council, by appointment only, between the hours of 9.30am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 5.00pm
- Local Enterprise Office, Enterprise House, O'Brien Road, Carlow
from Tuesday 31st January 2023 to Friday 3rd March 2023.
Copies of the Draft Bye-Laws are available free of charge from the Local Enterprise Office. You may phone 059 9129 783 or email enterprise@carlowcoco.ie to request a copy.
Any person can make submissions or observations in respect of these Draft Bye-Laws on https://consult.carlow.ie/ or in writing to the following address on or before Friday 3rd March 2023.
